Wedding Facilities

Our ideal location in the village of Lyndhurst makes us one of the prime wedding venues in the New Forest.

The Garden Suite - our largest room, with beautiful views of the water featured garden, comfortably accommodating up to 80 guests for the wedding breakfast and 120 for your informal evening reception.

The Gloucester Suite - also overlooking our garden, this delightful suite hosts up to 60 guests for a sit down meal and up to 90 for the evening festivities.

The Palmer Room - is an elegant suite, ideal for smaller wedding receptions of up to 26 guests.

Both the Garden Suite and Gloucester Suite can accommodate dance floors and are suitable for evening entertainment.

Cake Stand & Knife - a silver stand and knife are available if required.

Flowers - you are more than welcome to make your own floral arrangements for your special day, however we can recommend local suppliers who would be delighted to assist you with your requirements.

Table Plan - we will be pleased to assist you with the composition of your table plan.

Accommodation - special discounted rates are available for your guests. Preferred rates are also available for guests wishing to make an extended stay in the New Forest.

The Water Featured Garden - is available with priority use to the wedding party for photographs.

Car Parking - there is ample, free, on-site parking for 60 vehicles.

Entertainment - we would be delighted to help you find the ideal entertainment for your wedding day, be it a band, DJ, string quartet, harpist, pianist, strolling jazz band etc.
