Civil Ceremonies

If you are planning a civil ceremony in Hampshire, look no further!

Three attractive rooms are licensed for civil ceremonies; the Palmer Room (up to 40 people), the Gloucester Suite and the Garden Suite (both up to 80 people). Our caring staff look forward to discussing with you how the suites can be presented for your special occasion.

Our beautiful water featured garden makes an excellent background for your wedding. Should the weather be unkind, there are several elegant, period features inside The Crown Hotel to compliment your wedding photographs.

The fee for one of our licensed rooms includes all the requirements specified by the Registrar. This does not include the Registrar’s fees which, as with any civil ceremony in Hampshire, are made payable directly to the Registrar.
