Steeped in history and offering oodles of charm, The Crown Manor House Hotel really is a special place to host your private event.
We specialise in private events for 2 up to 150 guests. Dinner and dances, private lunches, christenings and wakes and with the benefit of experience, we are adept at tailoring our full range of banqueting facilities to your personal requirements and budget.
We are very proud of our team of chefs and look to source local fresh food that is in season. We aim to buy local, helping the Forest to stay special. We are equally happy to source specific items for your event.
You may choose your own menus with our team allowing you the chance to specify and balance your very own courses for all of your guests.
To enable your guests to enjoy your function, without the worry of traveling home, we will be very pleased to offer overnight accommodation on the night of your event at a discounted rate.
Our Event Rooms
The Hampshire Suite
Overlooking our manicured floodlit garden, an elegant suite with capacity for 150 guests. The Hampshire suit boasting direct access to the mature gardens, in the summer it is ideal for arrival drinks.
Our in house music system can provide suitable music accompanied by mood lighting.
The Gloucester Suite
A beautiful period room with high ceilings, chandeliers, natural light and great charm. The Gloucester Suite can host 80 guests informally. This suite opens up onto our lovely gardens
The Palmer Room
An intimate air conditioned suite with natural light and stunning period features.
Boasting large grand windows this room suits smaller meetings or private dining from 2 people up to a larger informal gathering.
