On behalf of my committee I am writing to say how much we all enjoyed our anniversary lunch held at the crown hotel in October. The food and service was excellent and much appreciated by all our members. Please convey our thanks again to your staff for making the occasion so enjoyable. Hopefully we will be able to repeat the event next year.

I would like to thank you for yet another excellent evening on Friday 9th November on the occasion of our Annual Dinner Dance, if anything it was more successful than last year. I have had nothing but praise from the members for the venue and indeed the entire evening. As always your staff where extremely helpful and it all helped to make for a very enjoyable evening.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation of your staff and the arrangements they made on the occasion of my celebration lunch on 5th January.

Your staff were very attentive and helpful and the table looked very attractive. All my guests were delighted with their meals, (especially the cheese cake), and we felt quite ‘at home’ in our pleasant surroundings.

Please extend my sincere thanks to the chef and kitchen staff, also to the waiters and waitresses who were very efficient and friendly. I had a very happy family celebration and will certainly keep you hotel in mind for future happy events.
