How to make a booking for a Party Night
Making a reservation for one of the Crown Hotel's Christmas Party Nights in the New Forest is easy. Simply telephone the Crown Hotel with your booking, confirm your reservation by letter, fax or email followed by payment of a £10 non refundable deposit per person within 2 weeks. Full payment for all Christmas Party Nights must be received a least ONE month prior to your chosen party night. The Crown Hotel will forward a confirmation letter indicating dining times, table plan arrangements and a request for memu pre order selection in due course.

Party Night Accommodation Special
Why not make it a very special night out and stay over? No need to worry about driving home or desperately trying to book expensive taxis. Relax and stay over in one of the historic Crown Hotel's delightful, refurbished en-suite bedrooms. Choose from our selection of single, twin bedded and double rooms or really treat yourselves by upgrading to a De-Luxe or 4 Poster room for just a nominal extra charge.
Only £32.00 per person for Sunday to Thursday functions.
Just £40.00 per person for Friday and Saturday functions.
Supplement for single occupancy of a double room £25.00
Rates include full English breakfast and VAT @ 17.5%.
