The Crown Brasserie serves local dishes in a contemporary and relaxing atmosphere. Stephen Greenhalgh, our executive Head Chef, has been with us for over 30 years winning many an award for his imaginative cooking. Stephen has built up a reputation for freshly prepared, locally sourced, unpretentious food. The Crown Brasserie is in itself a dining experience not to be missed!

Located on the ground floor, adjacent to the bar, The Crown Brasserie has recently been refurbished to a high specification and is a comfortable area to relax and enjoy excellent dining.

The Crown Brasserie presents a full menu lunch time and evenings with new, exciting dishes added periodically. On Sundays we proudly present the Crowns Hotels famous, traditional Sunday Roast!

In summer months you can also dine Alfresco in our water feature garden to the rear of the hotel, whilst during December, enjoy our special Festive Fayre menu.

The Crown Brasserie can also host all types of private parties. Ask our banqueting department for further details.
